Opening an account

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Opening an account with us is quick and easy. Net 30 days is possible to start, but most of the time we ask new customers to please use credit or debit card payment, with the possibility of going to net 30 days later on. We have a number of customers on net 30 day terms, and many who prefer to use their credit or debit card, or PayPal.

Ordering

One of our goals for our customers is to make ordering as simple and easy as possible. Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email, whichever is convenient for you. All fax and email orders are confirmed back in the same manner placed. Once becoming familiar with your orders, and that could happen after just one order, there is not any need to provide catalog numbers unless you prefer doing so. For example, when we know that your only printer is an HP 1050C, you could email us an order simply stating "one black ink" and the correct product gets processed and delivered.

Minimum Order

We have no minimum order for any product listed on our website pages.

Delivery Times

We have shipping warehouses throughout the country. On supply items such as HP, Canon, Epson and other name brand inks, toners, printheads, etc, delivery time is normally next day for most areas even on orders placed late in the day. Delivery time on paper and film is normally around one to two days for most areas.

Freight charges

With our inkjet and engineering copier papers, many items include freight in the pricing with any exceptions noted on each price page. On items such as HP, Canon, Epson and other name brand inks, toners, printheads, etc, the freight charge is a flat $8 for any size order. The free freight and $8 flat rate freight are only for deliveries in the continental 48 states.

Restocking Charges

We consider it our job, not your job, to get your orders right. Our order processing system normally corrects any customer ordering errors. For example, when we know that your only printer is an HP 1050C, but you accidentally order HP 5000 ink or provide an incorrect HP part number, the wrong product does not get shipped. The order would be automatically corrected by us, or we may contact you and ask if the order is for a new or different machine. If a customer does order the wrong item, and the order gets processed because it appears correct, usually there would not be a restocking charge...but a 15% restocking charge could apply in certain situations, and the customer would be responsible for the return freight charges.

Guarantee

Complete satisfaction is guaranteed on all paper and film products or full refund, credit or exchange will be given on opened, unopened or defective items returned within 30 days. Opened ink or toner in most cases, may not be returnable unless the product is defective. The 30 day time frame can be very flexible depending on the item and the circumstances. Our goal is to do whatever is necessary and everything possible to keep you as a satisfied customer.
